Avia Condos are the latest two towers to be added to Amacon's Parkside Village master-planned community at the corner of Confederation Parkway and Parkside Village Drive in Mississauga.
The two towers are approved to be 40 & 48 storeys respectively, adding approximately 1,000 suites to the City Centre neighbourhood of Mississauga.

Two LRT stations will be easily accessible on foot from Avia Condos: Duke of York Boulevard Station & Rathburn Road at Station Gate Road Station (main terminal).
With a Walk Score of 91/100, you will not require a car for daily errands and this score will only increase once the proximity to the future Hurontario LRT is factored in.
The estimated completion date is sometime in 2021 and maintenance fees should be approximately $0.50 per square foot. Based on current market trends, one bedroom condo units should start from about $280,000.

The suites at Avia Condos will come standard with 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, white stacked washer/dryer, quartz/marble countertop, undermount sink, laminate wood flooring throughout with broadloom in bedrooms (as per plan), a private balcony and/or terrace, plus additional details to be released shortly.
Amenities
Avia Condo amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, a well-equipped exercise room, a party room with kitchen, a rooftop terrace with a BBQ area, plus many more amenities to be announced soon.
