Amber Condos, located at Pinnacle Uptown, have officially reached ground level! This is a major milestone for the multi-condo development by Pinnacle International, going up on the northwest corner of Hurontario and Eglinton in Mississauga. Reaching ground level symbolizes significant progress, as excavating the ground on the project site and pouring the foundation & underground parking garages can take up to 50% of the time it takes to develop a condo. Amber Condos are located just north of Mississauga's City Centre and will wonderfully compliment the existing Crystal Condos and Marquee Townhomes at the Pinnacle Uptown site.

Amber Condos are part of phase 3 of the master-planned community at Pinnacle Uptown by Pinnacle International, located at Hurontario and Eglinton in Mississauga. Amber Condos are far enough from the hustle and bustle of City Centre, yet close enough to highway 403 and 401 and only a couple minute drive or bus ride to Square One. Pinnacle Uptown is located on Hurontario St, the future site of the Hurontario LRT. Construction is set to commence in 2018 and will be completed by 2022. The Hurontario LRT will add a more rapid transit option to the corridor. Expect property values at Amber Condos to increase once the LRT in Mississauga is complete!
