In 1949, Donato Broccolini finished his studies in engineering and built his first house in Montreal, which he sold for $16,000. He was inspired by his uncle and wanted to follow his footsteps into the development industry. This first home sparked Mr. Broccolini's passion for home building and he went on to build blocks of homes and entire neighbourhoods. In 1982, Peter, Paul, John & Joseph, joined their father Donato to expand the already fledging construction business and focused on commercial construction. They built their first high-rise building in Ottawa in 2004. In 2011, the Toronto office was opened, as Broccolini's projects continued to multiply. A team of over 300 dedicated employees support the company.
